The Knell family (William, Catherine & Jaime--I am sure their other children are involved as well) has unethical business practices. They have their customes use Moneygram service as well as Western Union. I was directed to Western Union where I sent money to them to purchase a puppy. I was given the runaround, not communicated with--didn't get the puppy, which I found out later from the IN State Police, had died, along with other litter mates.
I have reported these people to: my bank, visa, Western Union and their fraud department, ISP/IC3 (Internet Cyber Crimes Center, which is affiliated with the FBI and other law enforcement agencies; I was referred to them by Western Union), The FTC, The State Attorney General of IN, and the BBB.
Please see my attachment (most of their sites are in Arizona) and the email trail below:
These people, Catherine & William Knell are unethical breeders. They are thieves and liars. I paid them on 2/9/2008 for a pup, which I found out from the police died.
As of today, I still haven't received my refund...

Fine, I will send a refund by tomorrow morning. I cannot do it this afternoon because I'm babysitting until around 6pm after the post office closes.

We will not have the funds for the refund for another week and a half. I would appreciate your patience. We have illnesses in the family and are already behind on all of our bills. The death of the pups did not help our situation. I will email you a copy of the refund money order when I send it.

I believe you misunderstood me. I told you that you had one week to accommodate this person. I am in the process of contacting both the Lebanon, Indiana Police Department along with the Gilbert, Arizona Police Department. One week is one week

Regarding your inquiry, we lost three puppies (they passed away) out of a litter of five and one was sold to the customer in question. Obviously we did not anticipate this since the pups were all healthy and then became suddenly ill without warning. As a result, we will not be able to send their refund until around March 20. We will send it by that date at the latest and earlier if we can. We only have a few litters a year and when something like this happens it's both financially and emotionally devastating.

The Indiana State Police have received a complaint from a Linda Marie Ruiz of San Diego, California, email address email@example.com. She has stated that your company failed to provide a dog she paid for around the first of February. Her email claims she paid you $808.99 via Western Union Online, of which she has the receipt.
It is your responsibility to correct this situation. You will have one week from today to make contact with this individual to either provide the animal or make restitution. If I do not hear from you and Ms Ruiz on or before Monday, March 10, an investigation will be opened on this case.
You may respond via email to the above address.
